Motherhood is beautiful, transformative and, let's be honest, exhausting. Between diapers, feedings, medical appointments and the thousand tasks of daily life, it's easy to forget about yourself.

Mama Moments was born from the need to create spaces where mothers can pause, breathe and reconnect with their essence. These aren't "classes", they're sacred moments where you are the priority.

Here there are no expectations or judgments. Just a safe space where you can be, feel and take care of yourself without guilt.

Yoga for Mamas

Yoga sessions specifically adapted for mothers at any stage: pregnancy, immediate postpartum or late postpartum. Reconnect with your body, find strength and flexibility at your own pace.

Mother Circles

Monthly gatherings where mothers come together to share, listen and support each other. A space of vulnerability, honesty and sisterhood. Here you can talk about the difficult things without feeling judged.

What About the Kids?

We know that one of the biggest barriers to self-care is not having someone to leave the children with. That's why we offer two options:

Simultaneous Care

During some Mama Moments sessions, we offer childcare in our play area. You take care of yourself while they play supervised.

Kids Care

Combine your Mama Moments session with our Kids Care service. Leave your child in hourly care and enjoy your moment worry-free.
